The human pages /terms and /privacy only point at those endpoints. They do not restate the legal text.
The planned API host is not live. Version pins accepted at account creation must match the notices the API returns. The pins documented with the service today are 2026-08-17 for both notices.
Attribution
Section titled “Attribution”Contains information from ACRA Information on Corporate Entities (data.gov.sg collection 2; child datasets A–Z and Others) accessed on {access_date} from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority via data.gov.sg, which is made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0 https://data.gov.sg/open-data-licence
The API fills {access_date}. Do not replace that slot on this site. It is the UTC date (YYYY-MM-DD) of the imported snapshot.
No official status
Section titled “No official status”ACRA and the Singapore Government do not endorse Actuans or Telltale, and this product has no official status.

- Company-level evidence, not named-person data.
- Free Core public limit: S$0, exactly 25 distinct resolved companies per account.
- Customer APIs are beta. Access is invite-only. This site does not sign anyone up.
